Before
AfterGentle on your home, tough on grime
North Texas heat and humidity leave houses streaked with dust, algae, and mildew — especially on shaded north-facing walls. We use a soft-wash approach: low pressure plus the right detergents, so vinyl, brick, stucco, and painted surfaces come clean without etching, stripping paint, or forcing water behind siding.
When it makes sense
Most DFW homes benefit from a wash every 1–2 years. It's also one of the cheapest ways to boost curb appeal before listing a home — a clean exterior photographs dramatically better and signals a well-maintained property to buyers.
What's included
- Vinyl, brick, stucco & Hardie board
- Soft-wash detergents safe for plants
- Exterior gutters & fascia brightening
- Porch & patio ceilings
- One- and two-story homes
- Pre-listing packages for realtors
How it works
- We walk the property and note the problem areas — north-facing walls, gutter streaks, mildew lines — then pick the right detergent mix for your siding type.
- Plants and fixtures are pre-wet and protected, and we apply a soft-wash solution that breaks down algae, dirt, and organic growth at the root.
- Everything is rinsed at low pressure from the eaves down, and we do a final walk-through with you to confirm the results.
Every home is priced individually based on square footage, siding type, and how much organic growth has built up — you get a firm, free quote before any work starts, with no surprises.
Frequently asked questions
Is pressure washing safe for my siding?
Yes — we soft wash, which means low pressure plus specialized detergents rather than a high-pressure blast. It is safe for vinyl, brick, stucco, and Hardie board, and it will not force water behind your siding or strip paint the way a pressure-only approach can.
How often should I have my house washed?
Most DFW homes benefit from a wash every one to two years. North- and east-facing walls that stay shaded hold moisture longer and grow algae faster, so those may need attention sooner.
Will the detergents hurt my plants or grass?
No. We pre-wet landscaping before we start, use plant-safe solutions, and rinse everything thoroughly afterward. We have cleaned hundreds of DFW homes without landscape damage.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to water spigots and the exterior, we can complete most house washes without you present, and confirm the results afterward by phone or photos.
